Cairo University was established in December 21, 1908, and includes a School of Law and a School of Medicine. It was one of it's first in Africa and Middle east and since then has be expanded extensively. The first president of Cairo University, was Professor Ahmed Lutfi el-Sayed.

University of Bahrain


The University of Bahrain was established in 1986. The King of Bahrain is also the Supreme President of the University of Bahrain. The Academic Year is divided into two semesters (fall and spring) and a summer session. The length of each semester is 16 weeks.

It's Goal:

- Cultivating individuals both Islamic values and Arab heritage. Such individuals can then participate effectively in the development of their own country and the Arab and Muslim world at large.

- Protecting and spreading Arab and Islamic culture, as well as developing an interest in national and universal culture.

International Islamic University Malaysia


The International Islamic University Malaysia was established in 23 May 1983. it was originated with the aim to become the leading Islamic university in the world. The university is a sprawling 700 acre campus at Gombak, Kuala Lumpur. The original campus in Petaling Jaya has been transformed and is now known as Centre For Foundation Studies (CFS) for Science and Law students. IUM has 13 faculties, called 'kulliyyah' in the University from the Arabic word meaning the same, and they are as follows:

Al-Azhar University


Al-Azhar University is located in Egypt. It was established in 970 as as the chief center of learning of Arabic Literature as well as Sunni Islamic learning. In 1961, non-Islamic subject were added to the curriculum for further study. The university is associated with Al-Azhar mosque in Cairo. Al-Azhar university is open for all Muslim students who wish to study to further their knowledge of Islamic Religion.

Goal of the university:


"The University of Al-Azhar aims to provide Egypt and the Arabic and Islamic world with scholars and experts, well equipped with Islamic culture and moral, and well prepared to serve their societies, and play their role in building up their countries on faith and scientific basis ."

International Islamic University of Islamabad


International Islamic University of Islamabad is located in Pakistan's capital city of Islamabad. It was founded on November 11, 1980. The university is located away from all the noises of city, near the Great King Faisal Mosque. Neighboring the University on the east, are the invigorating scenes of mountains and forests.
