International Islamic University of Islamabad is located in Pakistan's capital city of Islamabad. It was founded on November 11, 1980. The university is located away from all the noises of city, near the Great King Faisal Mosque. Neighboring the University on the east, are the invigorating scenes of mountains and forests. An idealistic environment for studying.

The faculties of the university include:


  • Faculty of Usuluddin (Islamic Studies)
  • Faculty of Shariah and Law
  • Faculty of Economics
  • Department of Computer Science
  • Faculty of Arabic

The university has roughly 1200 foreign and 800 local students at the University. On-campus housing is also provided by the university if students wish to stay on residence. The housing includes different residence buildings for men and women. The university also encompasses different extra curricular including:
